Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GAM — Gramani AI Mentor ("GAM", the "Service"), operated by Gramani Vision Private Limited ("Gramani Vision", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use GAM to break the law, infringe others' rights or spread harmful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or automatically scrape the Service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

3. AI output

GAM generates suggestions, plans and content using AI. Output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical or safety-critical decisions.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported. Taxes may apply. You authorise our payment partner (Razorpay in India, Stripe internationally) to charge your payment method for each renewal.

5. Intellectual property

GAM, including its software, branding and design, is owned by Gramani Vision. You retain ownership of the business content you create inside your workspace; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it so we can operate the Service for you.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for us or other users.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gramani Vision's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
