Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for GAM — Gramani AI Mentor, operated by Gramani Vision Private Limited.

1. Free plan

GAM offers a free plan you can use to evaluate the product before upgrading. We encourage you to explore it fully before subscribing to a paid plan.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and you're not satisfied, write to us within 7 days of the initial charge at support@gramaniaimentor.com with your registered email. We will refund the initial subscription fee in full.

3. Renewal charges

Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable once billed. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings — cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps your access active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Exclusions

• Add-on credits, one-time purchases and usage-based fees are non-refundable once consumed.
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms are not eligible for a refund.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few extra days.
