Gramani Vision Private Limited ("Gramani Vision", "we", "our") operates GAM — Gramani AI Mentor ("GAM", the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, password hash, workspace details you provide during sign-up.
- Business memory — the business profile, offers, audits, roadmaps, content and other assets you create in GAM.
- Usage data — logs, device/browser metadata and product analytics used to keep the Service reliable and secure.
- Payment data — processed by our payment partners (Razorpay for India, Stripe for international customers). We never store your full card number.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, personalise and improve the Service.
- To generate AI responses grounded in your business memory.
- To send transactional messages (billing, security, product changes).
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
GAM sends prompts and relevant business context to trusted model providers to generate responses. We do not sell your business memory, and we do not use your private workspace content to train third-party foundation models.
4. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the Service (hosting, analytics, email, payments, AI inference), each bound by strict confidentiality and data-protection terms.
5. Data retention
We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by writing to support@gramaniaimentor.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access control and row-level security on your workspace data. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable available protections on your account.
